The Department of Plant Protection is one of the major academic departments under the Faculty of Crop Protection, Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam.

The department focuses on education, research and practical training related to crop protection, integrated pest management, plant health and sustainable agricultural systems.

It prepares graduates and researchers to solve field problems related to insect pests, crop damage, safe control methods and environmentally friendly farming practices.
